Free Mentorship Program

E&J also offers a free mentor-mentee program to support personal and professional growth. Anyone can register as a mentee—there are no restrictions on qualifications. We will pair you with a suitable mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout your career journey.
If you wish to contribute as a mentor, we invite you to register. Following a brief telephonic discussion, you can begin dedicating just 2 hours a month per mentee. This program is entirely free, and we believe it will lead to continuous growth and empowerment for both mentors and mentees.

In alignment with our values, a portion of our profits will be directed towards these initiatives, ensuring that every partnership with E&J Consulting leaves a positive legacy.
