All course fees must be paid in full upon registration. We offer a refund policy that allows cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course. 3.3. Certification and Course Completion
Course completion and certification are contingent on meeting the course requirements. Certification will be valid for the lifetime of the participant unless otherwise specified.
3.4. Consultancy Services
Participants of our courses are entitled to free post-certification consultancy as part of the services. However, the duration and scope of this consultancy may vary based on the course and the consultancy agreement.
3.5. Changes to Courses
E&J reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
4.1. CSR Program Participation
As part of our CSR initiatives, E&J offers opportunities for participants to engage in community-driven projects and social responsibility activities. By participating, you agree to adhere to the guidelines and ethical standards set by E&J.
4.2. Voluntary Participation
All CSR services and activities are voluntary, and participants will not receive any financial compensation for their involvement. Any contributions made during CSR activities are acknowledged as non-commercial and aimed at social betterment.
4.3. Liability for CSR Activities
E&J is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation in CSR activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
